Brian Krueger founded CollegeGrad.com in 1995 and wrote most of the job search, resume and interview advice on this site. He writes from the other side of the desk: the perspective of the person doing the hiring.
Brian is the former Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Amazon.com, where he led a global team of more than 100 recruiting professionals and was responsible for thousands of professional and entry level hires each year. Before Amazon he held hiring and human resources leadership roles at Unisys, IBM and Computer Sciences Corporation. Over a hiring career of more than 20 years at Fortune 500 companies he has interviewed more than 10,000 job candidates and reviewed more than 100,000 resumes.
He is the author of College Grad Job Hunter, the best-selling book for entry level job search, now in its seventh edition and available to read free on this site. He has been interviewed and quoted by CNBC, PBS, the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, the Washington Post and the Los Angeles Times.
